Austin, TX — March 27, 2026 — RxFoundry, a developer of innovative pharmacy software solutions, today announced the closing of its seed funding round. The round provides the capital necessary to accelerate the commercial deployment of the company’s flagship product, SwiftyRx.
The investment will be strategically deployed to finalize the initial commercial version of SwiftyRx. RxFoundry is prioritizing rigorous industry standards with these funds, including achieving Surescripts Certification, ensuring full HIPAA compliance, and commencing the SOC-2 and NIST AI Certification processes.
Additionally, this capital will support the operational and legal frameworks required to finalize contracting with the company’s first large enterprise customer.
